Readers get open, honest, and fresh perspectives on where the beauty industry stands on parity. The Beauty Roundtable Founder, Corynne L. Corbett, removes the industry's concealer to reveal its missteps, mistakes, and failures and pulls out her color corrector to share ways it can authentically reduce harm, embody equity, and embrace inclusion.

I believe it's time that women truly owned their superpowers

and used their beauty and strength to change the world

around them.

- Janelle Monae
